Abel and Steve were amazing to work with. After tediously searching for a Cadillac Escalade, I finally went to the right dealership. Abel used to work at the massive dealerships (Chevy, etc.) for decades, and he decided to work at a smaller dealership for that "mom and pop" feel in order to give customers a more one-on-one experience. Abel is extremely knowledgeable and wants to make the customer happy. This was a big purchase, and yet he made everything seem seamless. Abel wears so many hats in the company, from the test-drive to all of the paperwork, he does everything! I had such a pleasant experience, and despite a world-wide pandemic he made us feel right at home. Abel didn't push us in anyway, and gave us so many financing options, we felt extremely comfortable. I hate buying cars, but not anymore. Thank you so much for everything! I love Harlow! Yes! I name all of my vehicles!
This review is from my experience buying a 2011 Honda Fit back in September of 2014. I had a mostly wonderful experience at this dealership. I had previously purchased a manual transmission car and my mom owned an automatic. Because I was unable to learn how to drive the manual, we switched cars and I drove hers. It broke down and after a crazy experience, it was clear that I needed to sell my manual and get something I could drive. Having had no credit, I was concerned about getting approved. I began to fill out the online form for Unique and stopped midway. Minutes later I received a call from them that they noticed I started and didn't finish my credit application. They asked if I saw anything online that interested me and I said yes the Honda Fit. I was pleasantly surprised at how they contacted me and assured me that they would find a car for me despite me being a student with no credit. Within the next few days or so I went in and checked it out. The car was in amazing condition, only a few years old, and I was approved through the first credit union I applied for the loan through. The guy who helped me was awesome too. The test drive was comfortable and the process went very smoothly. My interest rate is extremely low, less than 5% and I didn't need a cosigner. We were able to work out a deal for the down payment and I drove away a happy girl. My only complaint was that I noticed a few issues within the first week of having the car (such as my power mirrors not working, a few other fuses that have blown) so I wish they would've fixed that for me. It was nothing major as I still haven't gotten it fixed but it would have been nice to have..

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I ended up getting a car private party through a friend but if I had not , I would have gone with them. They offered to run VINs for free for me to make sure I was getting into something safe, even if it was through someone else. Never felt pressured to buy anything either. Dont let the other bad reviews scare you away. They even do mechanic work for their customers at cost I heard.
Both Steve and Rudy were great. I needed my passenger side mirror replaced. It was ordered within minutes of my call and installed for me within the next business day.
My family has been in the market for a bigger vehicle to suit our family's needs. We drove by Unique and saw a beautiful 2011 Cadillac Escalade. I have to say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was Leary about the reputation the BLVD dealerships have but you won't find that here at Unique. Friendly, courteous and most of all honest. I couldn't be happier about the entire process. Would most definitely recommend Unique to others.
